Verbally consenting during a phone call with a JAVE Investments representative (consent will be confirmed via text)
Note: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of any purchase, sale, or service agreement with JAVE Investments LLC.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your real estate transaction or lead. You may receive up to 5–10 messages per month depending on your engagement with our team. JAVE Investments will never send unsolicited bulk promotional messages.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. JAVE Investments LLC does not charge any fees for text messages; however, your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out or Get Help
You may opt out of receiving text messages from JAVE Investments at any time. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive
SMS messages from JAVE Investments LLC, you confirm that you are
at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly send SMS messages
